How to return monitor for a repair

Repair & Replacements

TDS TOUCH warrants the product is free from defects under normal operation. We are not responsible for damages outside of our control including, but not limited to, physical damage, modifications to the product, or improper packaging.


TDS TOUCH will charge the repair if product is out of warranty.


The process of return and repair

  1. Contact TDS and ship product to our repair center at 2080 Walsh Ave, Unit A, Santa Clara, CA 95050
  2. Our technician will check the issues and repair the product. Repair may delay if parts out of stock in US.
  3. After repair, TDS will return the product to customer by UPS.
