To receive service under this limited warranty, you must return the product to our service center.
We provide standard quality assurance services for the whole range of products of different ages. We will repair the product as soon as possible and then return the product to the customer.
For assistance with product delivery locations, please call our Customer Service at 1-(408)-688-2658 (Pacific Time). If TDS TOUCH determines that any product is not covered by this limited warranty, you must pay all parts, shipping and labor costs for the repair or return of such product.
Before delivering the product to us for warranty service, you should back up any content of the product separately, as some or all of the content may be deleted or reformatted during the warranty service process.
One (1) year on in the box accessories
The limited warranties information is provided on TDS standard products. The warranty period begins on the date when the TDS product is received by TDS customer.
